What is the Permaculture Design Course?

The course covers sustainable living systems for a wide variety of landscapes and climates. It includes the application of Permaculture principles to food production, home design, construction, energy conservation and generation, and explores alternative economic structures and legal strategies supporting permaculture solutions.

What if I want to cancel my membership and receive a refund?

Cancellations and refunds are applicable as long as your cancellation/refund request is submitted within the first 30 days of your original payment.

What if I have a question regarding the course content?

If you have a question regarding the course content, inside of your membership you are welcome to post your questions and comments directly under the training video you are viewing. Once you have submitted your question or comment, our admin is notified and Geoff has a chance to personally view your questions and comments.

Please Note: When posting your question or comment, please select the video that best relates to your question or comment.

What if one of the training videos is not working (stops playing, won’t load, etc.)?

First and foremost, we apologize for the inconvenience.  Our videos are hosted on one of the leading video hosting platforms in the world. It's natural that, despite best efforts, every now and then, a “glitch” will occur.

We recommend Chrome or Safari, as they provide the greatest stability for video playback. If this doesn't work, we first suggest refreshing the page to see if the video will play. If the problem persists, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]  When contacting us, please include the page URL and the specific video that is not working. We will prioritize the problem and reply to you promptly.

How do I change or update my billing information?

If you need to change or update your billing information, please go to your account settings (top right of the page). If you have trouble doing this, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]

What if I cannot download any of the resources?

If you are having trouble downloading any of the content that we have earmarked for downloading (like the chapter-by-chapter Course Notes), right-click on the download link and select the “Save As” button.

If that is not working, or you are getting the wrong resource link, please contact our support team at [email protected] and include the details. We will address the issue immediately.
